Hi, I’m Neil. I’m a Floridian who recently relocated to the hills of Tennessee, where my family and I are living on acreage and learning regenerative farming. I am starting up a business in Home Remodel and Repairs, for which I have nearly twenty years of experience.

                In 2003, I bought my first house. It was nearly fifty years old; so needless to say, it needed a complete overhaul. I spent six months moving walls, replacing cabinets, laying tile and painting. The house turned out great and I realized that I really enjoyed the work.          

Also during that time, I started a home service business doing projects as big as whole-house remodels and as small as repairing a leaky faucet. Never saying no and not being afraid to tackle the unknown, I grew accustomed to managing all the systems of a home.

                I worked this job for ten years until I decided to go back to school to become a Registered Nurse, after which I spent another ten years working hard tackling complicated problems with a hands-on approach. I worked in Home Care where I managed dozens of cases weekly, and then went on to specialize in Wound Care working alongside doctors for the best outcome of my patients.

                In November of 2020, my family and I decided to move to Tennessee where we bought land and another house in need of renovating. I have spent the last year remodeling and building onto our current home and have built nearly everything custom by hand, such as our kitchen cabinets, countertops and built-in sink.

                I am passionate about building and enjoy the creativity that comes with carpentry and remodeling homes, and I look forward to operating in Sparta and the surrounding communities to provide excellent customer service and beautiful maintained homes.
